# Integrate Actors

You already have a stack, and you want the data your Actors produce in it. That might be a backend that calls an Actor and reads its output, a workflow tool that reacts when a run finishes, or a warehouse that receives the results. This page takes you through the ways to connect, in order, and points you to the right page at each step. For the full list of supported tools, see [Integrations](https://docs.apify.com/integrations.md).

## Call an Actor from your code

Everything in Apify Console is also available through the REST API, with official clients for JavaScript and Python:

* [API integration](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/api.md) - get a token, authenticate, and scope what the token can access.
* [API reference](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2.md) - every endpoint, with the run and dataset calls you'll use most.
* [API client for JavaScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js) and [API client for Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python) - libraries that call the same API from your code.
* [Actor Standby](https://docs.apify.com/actors/running/standby.md) - call an Actor as a live HTTP endpoint instead of starting a run per request.

## React when a run finishes

Instead of polling for a run to finish, let the platform call you. Webhooks reach a URL you choose, and Actor-to-Actor integrations start another Actor or task inside the platform.

* [Webhooks](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/webhooks.md) - events, payloads, and where to set them up.
* [Actor-to-Actor](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/actors.md) - chain Actors and tasks without leaving the platform.

## Connect your tools

If your team works in a workflow platform or a data tool, you don't need code. Apify has native modules for the common automation platforms and connectors for data destinations.

* [Save input as a task](https://docs.apify.com/actors/running/tasks.md) and [schedule it](https://docs.apify.com/actors/running/schedules.md) so your tools have a stable configuration to trigger.
* [Workflows and notifications](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/workflows-and-notifications.md) - n8n, Make, Zapier, and other automation platforms, plus Slack and email.
* [Data and storage](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/data-and-storage.md) - Snowflake, Airbyte, Airtable, Google Drive, and other destinations.
* [Create a new integration](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/integrate.md) - if your product isn't listed and you want to connect it to Apify.

## Connect an AI agent

The For AI agents pages cover the ways to connect, a quickstart, and a setup guide for each client.

* [For AI agents](https://docs.apify.com/agents.md) - learn how to connect an agent.
* [AI integrations](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/ai.md) - agent frameworks, SDKs, and vector databases.

To run Actors manually, start with [Run Actors](https://docs.apify.com/get-started/run-actors.md). To build your own Actor, see [Build Actors](https://docs.apify.com/get-started/build-actors.md).
